Help Questions about SN (mostly about oxidisation)

So I got SN from a bulk chemical supplier. It's sealed and I haven't opened the box yet.
But when I feel around the filmsy plastic box, I can feel that the content is clumped up.

I ordered SN before too but I opened the box, and I didn't want to take any risk since I read that SN oxidises very fast once exposed to air. I just checked the old one, and it has formed into a solid clump.

So how can I know or test if the SN I have is oxidised? Is there a big difference in colour and/or smell?
And is it like normal oxidisation where if I scrap off the outer layer, the inner layers/ content should still be Sodium Nitrite

It will clump up naturally if it doesn't have an anti-caking agent added. Mine came clumped up as well and it tested good. I have posted a thread about how to test your SN, use the search.

Make sure to get the recommended anti-emetic as well. Most failures are due to not doing this - you can search sources on here as well.

I test with my blood. If my blood turn brown immediately on contact with SN then its legit. But that way cannot determine the purity.
