• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Planning to cbt with partial suspension today, did a "practice" to see if what I have will work, then realized I have no idea how to tell. Anyone more knowledgeable or have the anecdotes of people who are— what am I supposed to feel if I'm doing it right? And another side question: how much does the body thrash around and stuff? My options are limited and I need to know how I can dampen the sound of hitting against things.

Videos can be found on liveleak of people hanging. They do shake hard. So try shaking like crazy. Shouldn't be more than that.

But not enough to stand up or untie the noose. It's uncoordinated random movements from what I know. Arms may flail around and kicking is possible.

A story of a guy who did partial in his closet is that he covered the walls of it with blankets and pillows and stuff. Apparently it worked well enough. He ctb.

As for anecdotes of what it feels like. I will give you some soon. I have to do some experiments later.
