Hello all -- I've been researching and trying to put together an exit bag but I'm already running into questions I can't find answers to elsewhere. I'm in sort of a time limit as well, so if anyone can chime in or has suggestions on a comprehensive guide that might answer them I would appreciate it a great deal.
1. I've read that the regulator needs to be set to 15 LPM -- 20 LPM to get the right amount of gas flowing into the bag. But all the regulators I've looked at images of only indicate "PSI" ... am I looking at the wrong kind of regulators or is there some kind of conversion that needs to be done?
2. Does anyone have suggestions on where to purchase the regulators and exactly what kind to get? I see some in the price range as cheap as $40 or so on Amazon ... but as stated above I'm not sure if looking at the wrong models here or what. For instance, is this kind of regulator all one would need to purchase? (This Amazon regulator example is an example of a regulator with a hose attached). Can you really just slide one end of this hose into the bag?
3. Is it best to purchase the kind of regulators with vinyl tubing attached, or is it necessary to purchase the tubing at a hardware store and connect it? The details for connecting it are confusing and contradictory to me ... so if anyone knows a source that can answer this or has personal thoughts please let me know.
4. I've seen people mention that there are videos available online of how to make them -- and I'd like to get some visual examples at this point of what successful bags will look like and how to put them together.
Please also feel free to DM me if you are trying to put together this same method and would like to compare notes at all ...
Thanks again
