Question on PPH

I've downloaded the latest PPH because I was under the impression that's where I'd find A or D's email addresses/conacts, but I can not find it, despite going through it looking for quite a while. Can someone tell me the page number or how else/where to find it in the latest PPH? I have no clue how I'm missing it, I am usually really thorough. Thanks
