Question : I need to decide which is most rational and best - can you please tell me.
1) Am finding that I may have to fly (costly) to a border town (am already in mexico) and look around for a vet pharmacy, and risk getting fake N... OR....
2) Stay here in Acapulco, and get together the AMYTRIPTALINE / cimetidine / midazolam/ diazepam COCKTAIL, which I am sure I can gather right here from normal pharmacies - however death is said to be slower than with N...

It is sad that death has to be found with such harshness as having to hunt for what we need.
Ideas ?

I would choose the second option. I recommend you to not take a risk of getting scammed.

am not sure if it is the same "a" BUT there is one "A' with family name of "V" that has been reported to have been good in the past but now has gone bad... google that name and you will see the scam reports..

I think there are a bunch of people pretending to be the A(V) mentioned in PPH, with very similar email addresses. If you take a look at the main "N from A" thread, it seems like he's still legit: https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/megathread-getting-n-from-a.2544/page-45#post-242080

Went around looking for AMYTRIPTALINE, and it is everywhere in Mexico. It is now controlled so you will have to spend much time GATHERING all that you need. The doctor visits are free as they are linked to pharmacies. You will need up to 10 gms of it, and the in pharmacy cost will be about 15$ a gram...but with patience it will be done...
