Discussion Question for my smokers out there

Hey. Thought I'd post this here. I smoke 1 cig once a month. I hope this is good to keep my tolerance level low. I don't want a high tolerance. How often do u guys smoke?

Do y'all have suggestions or measurements for keeping low tolerances?

I only smoke when I get forced to go to a club or something (that way I got an excuse to stand outside where it is more quiet). So like 1/4 of a small packet 1-2 times a year.
While younger I smoked more. Never really had an addiction issue. Could always stop whenever without any side effects.Just had one when I new I'd get away with it. My parents never found out lol. Partnet doesn't know either. That is the one guilty pleasure I am keeping to myself.

i've been smoking since i was 12 averaging on 10 cigarettes per day now in my 30s i smoke 30 cigarettes a day
but i also smoke weed i don't smoke cigarettes while high but i can smoke 20-30 zoots a day
25 years of smoking

I don't smoke but I vape constantly everyday. It's not great. I am also curious. Why you want to keep your tolerance low?

Low tolerance = quicker and stronger high from nicotine. I wanna keep the same dosage while experiencing the good feeling. Otherwise the amt would perpetually increase

I tried smoking to feel something. It made me very uncomfortable and I ended up immediately stopping after puffing 1 cig. But it made me lightheaded, which kinda felt relaxing but still, uncomfortable.

About 30 a day. So stressed out so smoke a lot. Hoping it will kill me or lead to a heart attack. 1 fag a month is hardly worth it.

there really isn't a 'high' from nic. otherwise it would be banned too.

I've tried vaping but I'm old school. It doesn't hit the same

I'd say half a pack but when I feel like ctb I tend to chain smoke like a trucker. Maybe cuz subconsciously I know this behavior is slowly killing me prematurely. Idk
