Question about USORDA (SN from IC)

I'm back with more nit-picky questions, LOL.

So I have ordered SN from IC, and this morning it arrived at the USORDA. Does anyone know how long it typically takes for SN to leave USORDA? Has anyone had their SN stay there for a long amount of time?

Also, is the expected delivery date to be trusted?
