Since I dont know how to swallow the pills as whole, will the ae still be effective if chewed or break into tiny pieces or is mandatory that they reach the stomach intact?

Not sure what antiemetics you are referring to, but for the purposes of CTBing, it doesn't matter if it enters the stomach intact.
Some medications are coated with a chemical which released the medication gradually, so in that case, breaking it apart is similar to that of a higher dose.

I have plasil (metoclopramide)

The Children's Hospital of Minnesota states that it's okay to crush the tablet for children who cannot swallow a pill, so I don't believe it would be any issue for you.I have plasil (metoclopramide)
