If you reach blackout and not found, are we assuming that you successfully ctb.

I just read edens story where she passed out but then woke up and blacked out. I'm confused how she could pass out then wake up again.

I think it's because she didn't take antiemetics/ acid reducers so the SN didn't absorb properly or fast enough.

Yeah and according to her posts and profile it looks like she did it properly next time and has since passed.

Yes. It has been confirmed that she was successful.

I think the key is to take your dopamine antagonist antiemetics, acid reducers, fast, and gulp down the SN as quickly as possible.

Some users have taken it slowly in sips but that can cause the symptoms to come in waves..
I think it's best to overwhelm the methemoglobin reductase enzymes as much as possible by taking it all at once

I remember being really disoriented and passed/ blacked out. ( decreased flow of oxygen going to the brain does that to you I guess)
just read her post and can confirm I experienced similar things except I didnt throw up as I did take much less than her plus i took some kind of anti vomiting pill

its the strongest opiod, or one of. unconsciousness in seconds to 3 minutes max id say, with a lethal dose. It must be reliable but not sure if there are cases of large lethal dose survivals, without being found. working on reasearch.

People really need to know how SN really work....

You have to know that our body have countermeasure to methemoglobinemia. Vit C and reductase enzymes can neutralize meth b in low amount and over a period of time. The reasons we took 15-20g of SN is to overpower our body's countermeasures as fast as possible. If not then the countermeasures will start and thus we wont die or die as fast as we had hope to.
