If I were to do it indoors, I would jump from a chair, but what do I jump from in a forest? Should I climb the tree my rope is tied to and jump off?
You could lower yourself from a branch.
Or find something you can stand on that's high enough, depending on the how high the branch is.

You wouldn't "jump" bc it's not drop, you would lower yourself or push the chair/ladder aside.

From a video i saw, you dont need full suspension. Partial is enough. It even gives the middle finger to SI

omg thanks i was looking for this video. crazy they are trying that even to show it. dangerous. lol. do you think what she has around her neck made it easier? (dont know the word for that in english) cus most use rope. not that. and a lot of ppl come back say it doesn't work or they couldn't get it right.

I actually practiced this. 5 secs of on the rope, i stood up, i saw stars. My legs were shaking and i almost fell down. It wasnt the time but i know now this is the best i got without any complicated stuff the sn bible requires me
i dont know what is on her neck. i just used chords and it worked just fine

Interesting! So partial hanging isn't done by just by blocking the circulation in the neck as most people try to do, because this will mostly close the veins and not the arteries (which are deeper in the neck), causing the feeling of pressure in the head.
It seems that it's done in 2 steps. Correct me if I'm wrong. First the circulation is stopped by putting pressure on the neck with the rope. Then when there is a feeling that the head is "exploding", due to blood collected in the head, it is important to stand up and release all the pressure quickly. This will cause fainting, hanging unconsciously on the rope and presumably death.
My doubt is that death is not ensured, or that one could hang for long before eventually passing out due to lack of oxygen in the brain. There is no control of what happens after losing consciousness
