When I was younger but that didn't last very long and didn't work
I was just ranting but any tips on getting more energy to do things cause I always feel exhausted.

I feel you on this! If it wasn't for kratom, I wouldn't do anything and would be homeless. What's the point type of shit. Idk how some people go to the gym everyday before work and going to the gym will provide results and still can't get myself to go, let alone anything else.

All gd no need to apologize hopefully you find the motivation you need I was never a gym person since I'm pretty much a hermit. I tend to work out when I feel up to it but finding motivation for anything is hard these days.
