Help Purity of SN

I have ordered SN that is rated as ASC grade, which apparently means it's greater than or equal to 95% purity of SN. I know its reccomended to use >98% purity SN but will 95% purity SN work?

From what I've read, I got the idea that the recommendation is +95%, of course higher is ideal. But will >95% be enough to CTB? I can't imagine it would not be, with only a 3% difference and the ability to increase the amount ingested.
