I have been hiding in the shadows for a couple of weeks now reading and taking it all in . I have two methods that have given me hope sn and night night. Really what I'm asking for is some help from the lovely people here in the uk on where to purchase all the items for I dont want to order the wrong stuff from the wrong people. Although I'm in a low place at the moment reading peoples stories a d the help everyone gives each other on here has given me a sense of this is going to be ok

Hi - ebay is your best solution for the UK for SN. The regimen drugs you can buy in a good chemist over the counter, including the big high street ones apart from the sedatives if you think you will need them

Get it delivered to a drop of point. Local shops usually offer that service when you buy stuff. Get it delivered there, pick it up and then you can avoid that question.
Stan is that right? You can buy anti- emetics over the counter in the uk? I have a friend looking for them here who's finding it impossible to get them x

Glad you're here. This truly is a wonderful place place to be. You're spot on about people here helping each other, and even better, living each other. Although it's sad that we're all here with a common goal, it is still beautiful that we have finally found a place where we can truly be ourselves, finally, without judgement.
I went the route of night night for a while. My only problem with it was my SI would kick in as soon as I felt the tingling sensation, right before I blacked out. It can be scary. Although we're really dedicated to our "art", it's hard to overcome our SI. I found experimenting with certain chemicals (drugs, medications) would help. I used certain mind numbing medications you overcome my SI. When using certain things I was able to compress my carotid to the point where I passed out, a couple times. The only problem with practicing night night for me was the pain it caused in my windpipe tree next day.
I don't know how much you've read on night night, but it's actually quite difficult to pull off correctly. I've practiced with using rolled up socks to press on both sides of my adams apple you compress my carotid. From reading up on it, and talking to people, I've concluded that using duck tape, or gorilla tape to hold the socks in place is ideal. The way I was taught goes like this. First lay down and put the socks in place, then wrap the tape around your neck, loosely at first, just to hold the socks in place. Then continue to wrap the tape around, continuing to get tighter with each pass. One thing to remember is, do not wrap it right enough to block your windpipe. That will cause pain, and you'll panic. The whole idea behind night night is that you want it to be peaceful, not inducing a state of panic. You will start to feel a sensation in your head like it's going to explode. Thats normal. Just sit bback, relax, and wait for your fate to become reality.
SN is something I haven't truly researched. I'm kind of afraid to take SN because I've seen some people here try it and survive. Although most say that if you do fail it's not that bad to recover. I've heard that you only feel like you have a bad hangover the next day, but the reality of it probably causing permanent damage scares me.
See I've attempted 7 times now, 6 of them before I got to this site. Sup I didn't know what I was doing. Because of those attempts I've been left with some severe scarring and physical problems. It sucks to live this way, but I'm finding more hope every day.
I've heard that you don't want to order your SN from Amazon or eBay. I've also heard mixed reports about buying "food grade" SN. Some say it's quality isn't high enough, or consistent enough to do the trick. Others say as long as the purity is above 90% that it will do the trick if you take 15-20 grams.
What I have heard is that it's best to order from chemical company's. I had a good friend use SN the other day, may she rest in peace. It's seems she was successful since I haven't heard from her in a couple days. She ordered from a chemical company. If you pm me I can give you a coupe links to reputable chemical companies.
SN can be scary. I've heard it gives you great discomfort after you take it. Also it makes you incredibly nauseous to the point where you throw up, multiple times, even after you've taken an anti-emetic. That, in my eyes, isn't a peaceful way to go.
One method I tossed around for a while was h or f overdose. It's, in my eyes, one of the most peaceful methods to use. As long as you can buy high quality and use tube right dose in conjunction with your route of administration, you will almost always find your way to the ether world.
I can also help you get N if you have the money to do so. That's the most assured way to ctb.
