I have this sort of pull up bar, which seemed secure enough. It holds weight for pull ups and I tried to test partial from that, but it felt pretty uncomfortable having something around my neck so survival instinct stopped me each time. I didn't even pass out.

I don't see why not, but it's an interesting consideration.

Is pull up bar durable for partial and full suspension if yall have tried it do tell me your experiences what can i do to make it more reliable during hanging
How suitable that particular type of bar will be depends a lot on the condition and strength of the door frame it is installed into and the installation hardware/technique used. Weak or internally-damaged door frame, too short or too few screws, improper installation, etc. could cause the bar to collapse under weight of hanging or convulsions.

The ones that looked to be most reliable to me were those that were also used to hang yoga swings on.

I ultimately decided against this type of bar because I don't have a suitable door frame – the ones in my apartment are all pretty weak because they are made of shitty materials.

I ruled this type of bar out for myself because it's not permanently installed and secured into the door frame so, in my opinion, it's not reliably stable. It seemed like it might be okay, the force keeping it in place would be sufficient, but what happens during convulsions can be unpredictable so that's what made me rule it out. I didn't want to chance it.

(Partial was my initial first choice when I came to SS.)
