Psychosis did anyone have it

my mental helth getting worst.now i m realy scared what wiil happen to my family and me.today while i was watching a movie i saw a little boy and mother but boy is too small and mom was bigger than a normal women because it was edited.after seein that i feel a little differnt in my left brain.i feel something uncontrolable from inside from myself.and i cant forget it.can anyone tell me whats was it?did it a early singn of serious mental illness.

i believe its just anxiety.. in psychosis you would not event care..

I don't think I ever had a psychotic episode. Never had auditory or visual hallucinations. No disorganized speech (word salad) or thought patterns.
