The title is basically what the question is about.
Should i go to the psych ward? If this was any other time period in my life i'd say no but this year has simply been too much on me.
I literally couldn't study for the midterms due to the near unrelelenting amount of rumination that i am dealing with on a daily basis.
Should i tell my Psychiatrist about it? She is finally back from a trip across the world and i have the window of oppurtunity to check myself in that i wouldn't have had otherwise.
The thing is, turkish psych wards are uniquely shit. So i have a feeling that i am going to leave feeling even worse.
My psychiatrist offered me this back in may, so it might be the the best idea to check myself in. Because otherwise, i might finally crack when the midterms arrive.
I will be sleeping in about 30 minutes do i will sadly respond tomorrow. Sorry if i cause an inconvienece to anyone due to time zones.
