psych appt tomorrow

I have a telemed appt with a new psych tomorrow. Because I need help with sleep. Wondering what I could ask for that would help with that and to CTB.....Maybe I should tell him the pills I am on make me sick and need Meto? I don't have SN, though!

edit: You could say you have tried non-prescription antiemetics that the pharmacy sold you (you don't remember the name) and they don't work and if possible you'd like something stronger.
