Hi guys, just wanted to share a weird experience with an online source listed as the go to for propranolol in the Nov Php.
I placed the order fine, got a confirmation email but a few hours later got a cancellation email stating my order was cancelled due to the possible following things:
• Check the billing information for incorrect or missing information - I triple check this when I order online, it was correct 100% sure.
• Contact your bank to ensure there are enough funds for purchase - I didn't use a bank card but a credit card, there were thousands of $ avail for purchases.
• Contact your bank in regards to a restricted payment - Called credit card (not bank) and they said they didn't have any unusual activity or history of the order, and did not restrict any online purchases within the given time frame. I use this card all the time and have recently , its fully functional.
When I called the website customer service number, a eastern european accent sounding lady picked up, very rude and from the get go kept telling me they can't access or see any transactions. She didn't even let me explain the entire story, just kept saying NOPE we can't see anything. She never even asked for my order number, name or any other details, just kept more and more rudely explaining that they can't ever see transactions.. sooooo wtf is the customer service number for? She was like if its cancelled then its cancelled. I even asked if they ship to American (even though that was an option while ordering) and she responded in the same fashion. Like what? I don't EVER get an attitude with people but this time she really got under my skin and I said, "Can you please help me, I'm trying to figure out how to order from you, I'm TRYING to give you money".. haha. andddd she hung up on me. When I called back , multiple times suddenly there was no one ansewring the phone.
I also emailed the customer service contact email over 2 days ago with that cancellation email.. no reply..
Needless to say I would never order from there after this experience. PM me if you want to know the site name.. but holy crap, seemed shady AF.
