Propanalol and Valium before hanging

This combination seems to get rid of the quesy feeling when hanging. Does anyone know if this will delay time to unconsciousness?

I don't know. But I have some Valium. I'll take it before I hang myself

No reason why it should. Unconsciousness occurs due to lack of blood flow to the brain, which has to do with the ligature compressing your carotids. Propranolol works on your beta adrenergic receptors reducing your fight or flight response and valium on your GABA receptors in the brain having a overall CNS depressing effect. They might even reduce the pressure needed to completely compress carotids by lowering blood pressure.
