prochlorperazine have a plan to slit their wrists? SN seems to hard to source now. I’m freaking out and desperate.

I failed to CBT with pills and alcohol twice. I really can't screw up the next time. I plan to SN but the more I research and learn it seems too hard to to source. That totally sucks. Now I've got a look to methods that are more painful like slitting my wrists or hanging myself. Does anyone have advice or can they share a plan for how they plan to slit their wrists?

I've heard that cutting your wrists to CTB is very unreliable, and you may live even after the attempt, only with permanent damage to your arms. Be careful if you choose to use this method. I wish you well.

Take a blood thinner. Try to make a precise and deep cut.
