Story Probably getting brain damage .

So it has begun ...
I get a bit dizzy when I sprint . The disease has now started to affect my brain .
Don't know how many more months till it comes knocking for my cognition. I will HODL the door with all my might on that one.

When it starts knocking hard, I dearly hope I have the mental strength to chug the solution and have a dignified death.

That sounds really horrible what you are going through, I find it to be terrifying how existing can easily get much worse and much more unbearable, it must be a relief to have the option of a reliable suicide method so that you aren't trapped here. But anyway I wish you the best.
