I'd highly suggest everyone download the #selfcare app. I am someone who is generally very on edge but instead of cutting I just spent about 10 minutes on the app, while also breathing in some lavender essential oil of my own.
I'm still a little on edge, as always, but I feel considerably calmer and I'm not going to cut right now.
