Here it is:
I simply do not understand why people continue telling about pro-life stuff which do not work.
It is obvious that it never worked and will never work.
Just check how many suicidal people are there in comments.
Now let's go to the video itself.
"If you are having thoughts of suicide, please, call the National Suicide bla bla bla" - that's how the video starts. Are you fucking serious that all suicidal people will call the stranger they never talked to? Nice try, let's see what happens next.
"Realize your worth"... Shit, they have just reminded me I worth nothing. Are you sure it is a good advice?
"You would be deeply missed by your loved ones who'd have to cope with your permanent absence and who would miss you and grieve for you forever..." Ahmm, are you trying to shame me now, if they never truly cared about me all my life, why would they have to care about me when I pass away?
Forever? Stop telling that. You will be the first who will put your old parents to nursing/retirement home. And when they die, you will miss them a few weeks or months and after you will have to fight with your brothers of sisters to get half of inherited stuff.
"In fact you believe that the suicide is the only way out might be linked to something else...Depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety or schizophrenia are often present in the suicidal ... these mental illnesses are diagnosable and treatable" ... I just have no words, if everything is so treatable, why me and many people here and in comments are on the edge? Cmon, this is far from reality, you are like advertising a magic belt which will make you lose 30 kilos a month!
"Suicidal thoughts are not treatable but the illnesses associated with them certainly are" Bravo, the one who talks created a remedy against all mental illnesses, Nobel Committee, where are you?
"This might be a lifelong process and that's okay"... So you have just proven it is not treatable. Lifelong process? You mean, I will have to suffer all my life? No, thanks.
"Life is hard but you don't have to bear it alone"... Reminded me of those guys who walk down the streets and talk to people about religion.
"Ah well, that's all for me today"... Yes, I often feel this way too lol
The video has almost 5 million views. As you may expect, many people who watched this video are suicidal. They were browsing YouTube to make their lives easier and better and what did they get? Standard pro-life thoughts and links they would never use in their darkest dreams. So what was the point? Getting more views and subscribers? Is that the help people deserve?
