Venting preparing for suicide

Hi everone! I am preparing my ctb these days. Today i took 1/2 of ziolicone. Just to check what it did. I suffer from severe SI. I dont ever take pills or benzos. But i can absolutly tell that 1/2 of zoplicone redused the anxiety alot! I think i want to try getting some xanax to. in the near future. Just to see how that works compared to the zoplicone.

It's a guide to from a manual called the Peaceful Pill Handbook (PPH). I'm not interested in using drugs for CTB but this is an interesting read nonetheless. Please be safe and look at all the options including recovery if you already haven't tried at least. I'm sorry the world has pushed you to feel this way.
