Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

The potential to live exists beforehand, and certain patterns are attractors.
If a whirlpool existed at the same spot in the stream the last time the water was this high, is that "pre-existence" for this whirlpool?

Do you mean- pre-existence is a kind of state? Even, a knowable state? Like, something is waiting in the wings ready to emerge into this world? It already knows that it's a tree or an antelope, a person or a whirlpool. It's just waiting for its cue?

I guess everything has a pre-existence and, it only comes into being if certain criteria are met. Is pre-existence a thing though? Can something pre-exist if we don't know of its existence to begin with? There must still be many species we haven't cataloged.

I wonder if there are pre-existent events that don't come to fruition too. Like- the conditions for life or a weather event or natural event were there but, it didn't materialise. I wonder if that's possible. It's certainly possible with humans, in the form of antinatilism and abortion.
