The March 2019 PPH says if you vomit abandon the attempt and put fingers down your throat to keep vomiting. Then try again another day.

Is this the right thing to do or redose with more SN/N?

If I were to vomit, I would redose. I'm very curious as to why they suggested to abandon the attempt when vomiting. Because people died even after vomiting

They have plus I'd order x 2 the amount you need. If you follow a proper 48hr emetic regime to the letter you should be ok, just don't cut corners. Read the threads on here regarding SN. Plus if you do puke up chances are you'll call an ambulance,

Many people vomit and still pass. Its happened here.

Redosing a personal decision.

Not really? What if you puke and redose? Also people end up not surviving even after puking

But if you call ambulance after vomiting you won't pass. But not calling means you risk damage maybe brain damage and not succeeding

If memory serves correctly, a majority of those successful ones said they vomited.
Did funkygibbon the 1st time round? I can't remember I know he was successful the 2nd time ❤️

I must admit that I don't see some logic in the PPH. It does a lot of good for sure, but then sometimes it says something that is illogical such as the statement quoted from the book I assume. If you reached the point that you have overcome SI, keep going unless physical harm comes to you during the process that makes it less peaceful. I am making 3 glasses of the solution and will keep chugging till the job is done.

Plus they are not following the correct 48hr regime.

The regimen is like a political or religious discussion. I won't touch it now with a 10ft pole because it causes more confusion than clarity.

I can really sympathise with the OP. I was probably there about a month ago feeding frantically on all the information about SN, what were the risks and how do I mitigate them etc. But for whatever method you choose, there comes a point that you just need to trust your research and be ready to take that leap of faith (no pun intended for the jumpers out there). There is a thing where you can over prepare and make something fairly straight forward over-complicated.

I mean I know what to do but this is a huge decision.
Exactly right my friend, it is the biggest decision that anyone can make EVER! my only advice is at some time, you need to put the pen and notebook down and have confidence that you have done everything possible to make sure you have a good peaceful exit. Once I reached that point I felt a bit better and now just await my day.

Do you ever question that N would be better? More reliable? Peaceful?

Questioned it, know the answer. But my choices are limited. Getting N for me is not an option so I make best with what I can and make peace with my decision.
