I know potassium chloride is an ingredient in the lethal injection used in US on people sentenced to death. But without the muscle relaxants it hurts really bad, your muscles will be paralyzed and then you will have a heart attack.
Dont know if pills work the same

An article from BBC:

" To stop the heart, potassium chloride is administered directly after the vecuronium bromide. Without proper sedation, this stage would be extremely painful. The feeling has been likened to 'liquid fire' entering veins and snaking towards the heart.
If the inmate is not fully paralysed, their muscles will also spasm uncontrollably, causing them to buck on the gurney, according to Dr Morley. This is because potassium sends signals to every muscle in the body to contract. "

Yes, injection is a totally different thing, however, ingestion should not be way different.

This explains why my ctb attempts with potassium were so extremely painful. I tried orally and IV. And it explains why it did so much more damage to my organs and nerves leaving me worse than before.
As i personally experienced this I do not recommend and if you're looking for quick and painless, this is not it. My feet felt like they exploded and were leaking water or blood but they weren't. This experience is why I'm so scared to use SN... i have it but worried it's as painful as the potassium, for me anyway, and i don't want my last minutes in any more pain.

No, SN changes your blood: oxyhemoglobin becomes methemoglobin. So it should not be painful.

I understand but i have severe stomach and intestinal issues like ischemia, ulcers, hernias, malabsorption etc. that's why i included the, "for me anyways" bcuz i know for most its probably not. My heart is also bad and it causes tachycardia, i worry I'll have a heart attack before passing out which is painful. I'm scared to die and don't want to so that's weighing in heavily. But the suffering is unbearable

Hmmm, that is hard to say. As for me, it is not a huge difference from e.g. drinking soy sauce or sea water. Do you experience any pain when eating too salty food?

Forget even the pain.. i have pain and discomfort and even mental anguish from eating, meds, chemicals etc... it's the i dont want to die part but i am and I'm suffering. It's the doing it myself part that i can't get passed. But i have to. I am forced into this when i dont want to be. And by forced i mean if i dont I'm in living hell for god knows how much longer.

Maybe then it would be worth to try something different if that makes you feel uncertain about that?

No, it won't.

Short answer, your body can excrete far far more potassium at a high rate than you can at take in.

Also, it isn't immediate. Your heart will slow down gradually until your vision becomes limited. SI will kick in big-time. Any paramedics in a developed nation will have an external Pacer, which they will use to shock your heart at 60 beats per minute. While you are conscious (until the IV meds eventually kicks in). They follow that up with a big bag of glucose and insulin to make sure your cells will suck up the potassium (read sodium / potassium pump to learn more).

Bottom line, IF you actually can get a high potassium, you can easily be saved and get to tour your local ICU for a few days.

Find a better option.
