I have Post-Finasteride Syndrome which is debilitating, incurable condition. My life is ruined. It's similar to its sibling conditions which are Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction and Post Accutane Syndrome. I used finasteride to prevent hair loss which is the most painful thing because vanity sourced me anhedonia and permanent sexual dysfunction. I live in 24/7 torture and discomfort. I'd rather have cancer or triple E. At least those kill you.

How do I kill myself easily and quickly? I want no pain. Please do not dissuade me from this the answer is final. Even if I recovered 50 percent that is an inadequacy. I'll accept perfection - full emotional range and proper sexual function like a previously had.

Yes, PFS is not dose independent. When finasteride blocks the conversion of T to DHT, critical neurosteroids such as allopregnalone are blocked. Allopregnalone is the GABA-A receptors natural anti-anxiety and anti-depressant.

This is why i never took finasteride for male pattern baldness even though i probably would of grew all my hair back. I'm sorry this happened to you. Can't advise you on how to kill yourself, sorry man.

It's a horrid drug and men around the world suffer from this condition after left to finish the job or suffer eternally.

How long did you use fin? I'm currently a bit over year, though I didn't stick to the usual dosage and have missed SEVERAL days or even weeks in between doses. I've always had gyno since teens and the only thing I've noticed that after fin it has gotten little bit worse, so far that is.

I took it for eight days but experienced sides after 2 pills. I experienced the horrible crash a month later which resulted in a worsening of my situation.

It's indeed a real condition. A study by Baylor School of Medicine revealed altered gene expression of the androgen receptor from penile tissues samples. There's this a$$ clown on YouTube named "Hair Cafe"
who denies the condition. If he was genetically susceptible to this condition he wouldn't be laughing.

It's so cruel to me how there's all this suffering in existing, I hope you find the freedom you search for.

Thank you and hope you find peace as well. While PFS is horrible condition that no one should experience, depression is certainly not enjoyable.

Before PFS, I fell into this terrible thought of thinking where looks are everything. While looks play a role in life, there is more to life and preventing a genetic susceptibility to male pattern baldness is wholeheartedly, not worth it.

I had similar problems and I found out I was suffering from low T. Doctors said my levels were that of a 70 year old man. I started taking Testosterone and things improved tremendously. Maybe you should get your T checked just in case.

Wow, after 8 days? That's really crazy if that's the case.

I don't want to downplay your situation, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to get checked again, maybe by a different doctor? I do believe that PFS does exist in some form, but I just can't see permanent damage happening from just a week of usage, especially if you used the usual dose of 1 to 1.25mg once a day.

Either way, I do hope that you find relief in your current situation.

Damn and I just started self-medicating because my temples have gone so far now and I can't see a dermatologist until 2 months from now.

Then again, I'm not even sure I'll ever get the chance to experience a sexual encounter.
