what will you do about the peeing and pooping that will inevitably occur after you ctb? i have a diaper that i could use but at the same time i am worried about losing my dignity. i could put a towel under me but that would only deal with so much of it... maybe i will just wear the diaper an get over it bc i will be dead anyway, it doesn't matter

Not everyone does that. If you have been fasting it will help and also you can use an enema to clean out yourself.
