Possible fentanyl alternatives

Hello! I've been interested in the fentanyl method however it seems that I won't be able to get hold of that. Possible opioid alternatives I've found are tapatendol and dihydrocodeine but struggling to find how these would compare- eg would either be reliable or in any way comparable or have i just got this totally wrong? I don't know if I'll be able to get either but I'm researching and these are the 2 that seem more likely so I was just wondering if anybody had any knowledge on these? Hi there! Love back to you. Personally I'm not sure. Only reason I have fentanyl is because it's laced with my meth. I'm sure someone may know on here. But the search function is really good and there may be another post about it .
