possible cancer

went to the hospital today worried i was having a heart attack but i was fine. however they found a thyroid nodule by accident when doing xrays. need to get it checked. don't rlly know how to feel

In my personal situation I would love to have cancer.

I wouldn't tell anyone and I'd have a good CTB reason in my note.
