The person on the line for SP hotline, after waiting 30 minutes just to talk to her, was rushing me and it was basically like a small slap on the wrist, and just told me not to do it again. I called poison control one time and she talked me through it and made sure I was okay, then proceeded to call me two days afterward to make sure I still showed no symptoms and that I was healthy overall.
