Please treat yourself with kindness

I know a lot of us on here absolutely loathe ourselves. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't one of them. I know that for a lot of us, suicide is inevitable. I understand how horrific that is and that there isn't really anything I or any of us can do about it. Please though, whether you have a long life ahead of you or you're dying today, please be gentle to yourself. If you have to go, treat it as a final act of self care. Do it comfortably. Let your last moments feel okay. You all deserve kindness, you really do. If I could be everyone's friend on here I would. If you can distract yourself, do it. We're all just regular people trying to fix our crummy situations, and we all deserve to be cut some slack. I love you!!!

That was a very thoughtful and caring thing to write. I wish I had said it because I feel the same way. Say something kind to yourselves. In a world where high tech, ever changing gadgets have taken over and the emphasis everywhere is on speed... It has become very stressful. Hugs to all of you.

Thank you I'm trying to enjoy these last few weeks as much as possible. I'm rewatching Avatar: The Last Airbender again since it's so wholesome and I loved it growing up. Playing my favorite video games, sleeping as long as I want and splurging for foods I normally wouldn't spend that much on. My mother and grandmother have gone through it already, so just trying to take comfort in knowing it's all been done before. And trying to leave as much love as I can before the final moment

You seem like a kind person. Thank you for this message. I do not hate myself, but instead all my hatred is directed towards this life. I never asked to be here in the first place and existence itself is the cause of all my pain and suffering. Suicide is the kindest thing I can do for myself, by leaving this world I am preventing decades of misery. I only wish it was easier to actually leave. I wish you the best, you do not deserve whatever pain this life has given you.
