i am so low to the point where no words could ever do justice

i'm on the verge of self destruction and i reached out for help. i reached out for help not because i don't want to die, but because i am in so much mental agony that it literally hurts. its excruciating. im in pain. i need someone, anyone, anything to numb it for even a minute. please

my friend keeps telling me i need to have more endurance and just not give up and keep fighting but she isnt getting that thats NOT what the problem is. society and my own actions have fucked me up beyond fucking repair
