I'm unsure if this even belongs here honestly but I see so many of you so sad and I just feel so bad and I want to help. I hope no one gets mad at what I'm about to say, I'm sorry if you do.

You're worth everything and I'm unsure you've heard that before but I really mean it. Life is really sucky for a lot of us and I honestly believe we don't deserve this. We deserve to be happy and go out cause it's summer time! YOU deserve to be happy and go out cause it's summer time!! I wish I could take all this sadness and pain away from you but I unfortunately can't which really sucks. I wish I could suck every negative thought that's sticking in your head right out of your mind. I love you so much and I hope, no matter what you do, you find eternal peace because you definitely deserve it. I wish only the best for you!! Whatever you dream will, hopefully, becomes a reality!!

I wish your words were applicable to my situation. If there was a mustard seed of hope for me, I'd try. But unfortunately my situation is far beyond depression and seeking help. My only choices are a future of guaranteed pain, misery and suffering or death. So I choose death.

It's not the thoughts that are negative, it's the reality. Happiness in a world like ours is either ignorance or arrogance. The fairy dust you're trying to sprinkle comes across as invalidating and condescending. This is what the society conditions us to do if we feel bad, to focus on this type of positivity if everything else fails, but imo it's really harmful and I hope you don't need this in the future. To me, existence could certainly never be a desirable state, I don't believe I deserve the terrible, undeserved punishment of having the ability to exist here, I don't hate myself to the point that I believe I deserve to suffer in an existence where suffering is inevitable. The idea that existence is good and beneficial certainly is a delusion, this reality is so hellish to me, I have enough awareness to recognise that this world is such a dreadful, dangerous place filled with harm and potential for endless torture.

I certainly see it as always being preferable to not exist, as existence is futile, dreadful and unnecessary, the true problem lies in existence itself and it's what I despise. Peace to me could only ever exist in the ideal state of non-existence that existence tragically disturbed in the first place, but I very strongly believe we will return to the ideal state once we die, death is the only relief.

And anyway the summer weather makes me hate existing even more, it makes me feel even more tired. I don't wish to experience anything at all, being conscious and aware just leads to suffering.

Y de todos modos, el clima de verano me hace odiar aún más existir, me hace sentir aún más cansada. No deseo experimentar nada en absoluto, ser consciente y consciente solo conduce al sufrimiento.

It can be, it's how you read it tho. There's no message on why u shouldn't die, but more so what we deserve to have. Because, after all we deserve better than the hell we have been through and r going through.
