I'm making this thread to document my process, as I think that's an useful resource that I'd like to have found more easily to make myself more comfortable with this process.
I'm going to tie a nylon sock around my neck and use a spherographic pen to twist.
Now, there's something that'll make things a bit harder and mopre painful: I cannot make myself faint by pressing my carotid. I've found it, but pressing it doesn't seem to do anything. But I do get the "exploding/full head" feeling when practicing, which is good enough for me because Five Last Acts says that's also lethal and I think I can handle the discomfort.
I should try it in about 6 hours, so feel free to ask anything while I'm still around. I might fail, though, of course. If I do, I'll report back tomorrow.
The other methods I've seen here are not accessible in my case, except for the train one, that I might use if all else fails.
Sorry for my bad english, thanks for reading and for being part of this amazing community, you all have helped me a lot with your information.
