Planning to CTB next week

I was finally able to order sn which should be getting here soon. Although, I am nervous that it's fake since the vendor seems a little sketchy. I have Xanax and Tagamet, I'm just missing meto. I've tried getting a prescription through two different online doctors but they wouldn't prescribe it to me so I may have to ctb without it.
I'm thinking about taking the sn at a hotel since I live at home and I don't want to traumatize my family. The thought of not being here anymore makes me so happy, but I am nervous that I won't be successful if I can't get a metro prescription.
