Placement of rope for full suspension? URGENT

Please tell me where I shop place the rope on my neck for full suspension? I hear people talk about sliding and obviously trying to restrict the arteries but I feel one you step off whatever you are, the rope is going to kind of do what it wants. Please do not speculate, only confident responses please.

Above the Adam's apple. Its there that the arteries are the most "naked" It will slide there anyways once you fully suspend yourself.
