I know this is very common but a couple days ago i got bored and learned to play Fur Elise (only the beginning) on iPad in Garageband. it isn't hard and the composition is trully beautiful so you might try it in case you havent yet. There are sheets of easy version you can find

Did u mean piano music to play, or to listen to? Im no musician but i really love listening to rachmaninoff 2 and 3, chopin's nocturnes, debussy's reverie, bach (goldberg variations).
