Been going through hell the last few months ive had increasingly bad shortness of breath that is so painful Its stops me from doing anything including sleeping, ive lost 10kgs cause I cant eat or swallow anything , I'm constantly on ondansetron for the worst nausea ive felt in my life. And I'm on so much of it that it makes me feel so feint, dizzy and constipated. Im suffering so much because of this and im losing hope of getting better. I guess I'm really bad at communicating with doctors cause I've gotten zero proper treatment. I would rather be dead than have to deal with this much longer.

I totally sympathise. Living with chronic pain is exhausting!
The Dr is useless, still in pain 24/7
It's the main reason I'm going to CTB.
Love and peace ❤

Couldn´t agree more I have a throat problem that has ruined my life because it has forced me to seclude myself so no friends or activities it takes me 20 minutes just to eat a cheeseburger from Mc Donalds or 15 minutes for a piece of bread.

So physical problems is the worst mind killer I mean you can´t work on mental problems as long as your normal bodily functions don´t work properly.

I'm so sorry. I recently started getting so sick I couldn't keep anything down. Doc made me go to the Er for severe dehydration. Fluids and out the door. My throat is so raw and stomach Is so messed up I'm taking in maybe 600 cal a day. I'm suppose to be like 135. I'm 117pounds. Losing at least a pound a day. Called doc no response back. Making my mental health even worse.

Empathize totally. I have many illnesses and the pain and symptoms drive me nearly mad. Limited lifestyle, emptiness and now severe grief to deal with, its all too much. Doctors are not much help I'm afraid, we think they can help with things but rarely do seems all a myth really.

Going about 6 years of hell, has teached me i have not to care about this life, i have to care just about my pain, so dont worry u are only 20, u atleast had 20 nice years, much people doesnt have it. I was fucked at flower of life also, 30, so i understand u .Every1 dies at the end, so...

Why dont u get a fucking surgery to fix that? Docs should be able to fix that shit. I already got 2 intestinal surgerys but didnt work.

If u have lack of oxigen, and making effort to get more oxigen, then oxigen tanks will help on u deffinitely. In the normal air theres 30% oxigen if im not wrong, so if u use a tank wheres 100% oxigen, it will be easyer to get oxigen, less effort.

I want the surgery more than anything, ive already been denied by 2 specialists, im just trying to hold out until i find a doctor that wants to fix me. I would easily be willing to try the oxygen tanks if i had the money for the machine. But im broke and bedridden now. Trying to convince family to help with the surgery but it's rough.

Me too. Mental health issues go hand in hand with chronic health problems. Double whammy. The docs still treat it all as if anti depressants will fix it all.

They are a bit of assholes (sorry) . I had the same experience . Symptoms of vomiting and significant weight loss are dangerous and require US / gastroscopy+colonoscopy , and sometimes CT etc .

I'd suggest harassing your doc , that what worked for me . Don't call , go there . I showed up , barged in , and started sobbing .

The gastroenterologist replied "Are you my patient?" :ohhhh: Wtf, they just removed my polyp two weeks before . Idiot .

Also try whole meal replacements . Some were bad for me (the basic calorie-rich ones) , some were good (high protein) . AEs , antispasmodic , and enzymes could be helpful too . I don't know if good for you at all , some may worsen your condition , but just mention this to your doc-- make them know you know . They're "under inspection" .

So sorry for your suffering! Same here. Shortness of breath and severe lung pains. At least I know what's killing me. in my case It's Chlamydia pneumonia and it's antibiotic resistant. I've spent last 6 moths on 5 antibitic protocol and it didn't help much.

Its the worst kind of pain I could ask for, how do you sleep when you don't feel like you are breathing??

I can't. The pain is so severe that I can't sleep. and it's not only lungs, my heart and head are affected also. my whole body feels like it's burning alive.
I live in constant agony 24/7. Sometimes I can manage a few hours of sleep, but most of the nights I'm scream in pain and beg God to kill me .
Painkillers don't help. I have a few pills of tramadol left I want to use them to supress survival instinct when I decide to go.
I will probably try fasting one more time, and then this will be it.

If it helps , i'm going for basically the same reasons. I can't sleep at night due to chronic pain.

I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. It truly wears you down. It takes a lot of energy to be in pain all the time.

I'm going through something similar. I take a lot of Zofran every day, but I'm so sick it doesn't work right now.

I'm actually at the hospital right now doing a gastroparesis test. I'm in so much pain, I'm fighting the urges to just kill myself now.
If I'm told I have it again for sure, I really don't know if I can live with it. Might be a death sentence.

hello my people... been dealing with life ruining pain since 2014 which the doctors cant do anything about, and its the main reason im ending it all. chronic pain really is a curse, and one of the absolute worst (and most overlooked) things you can deal with. i know it isnt going to change your decision but, just know you're not alone.
