Discussion Person with BPD that can keep his opinion for more than a day?

It's seenm impossible to do it, maybe it's just me and have nothing to the disorder, but it's seen like every couple of days I'm a totally new person with different opinions but with the same memories.

I always think that everything I did in the past was a big mistake

It's like an endless circle

I have BPD & I feel the same way..

I feel like my past was a HUGE mistake

I change my mind multiple times a day & it's very frustrating

I'm very disappointed & angry at myself constantly

I often feel since I struggle with BPD so many people see different sides of me. I'm changing so much I don't even know who I am most of the time.

It really does feel like an endless cycle

I have BPD and making up my mind and making decisions not come easy.

I've learned to use a bullet journal. Make foodnotes on my thoughts. And it really helps me to stick to a decision I've made.

Yea this part of why I began to give up on life. This has been a huge issue for me with BPD. I can't stay consistent.
