This is what im going to do next week if its sunny

I am going to drive to cornwall, im researching perfect beaches. I will drice there not on motorways to avoid plod.

Im going to take 2 bottles of champagne & scotch. I will drink them in solitude hidden in a cave out of view of idiots.

At sunset im going to get my paddle board and wear a life jacket so i dont drown. The tide will carry me out & i will die of hypothermia. If i fall in the sea i wont panic as i will be drunk.

What do you think? Any other suggestions?

It'll take a while to die still by hypothermia you might start sobering up the time it takes you to paddle out and freeze to death. Not pleasant either probably. What about N or SN or hanging?

Dying of hypothermia while drunk is actually a very peacefull method I even have a picture of a russian girl who died accidentally while drunk lying in the snow she was also an alcoholic.

I have even considered this method at one point but we didn´t get any snow at all this year for the first year in my life which I was looking forward to because of how beautiful and nostalgic it is.

I'm following a bloke from Norway who does permanent outdoor activities daring the cold, naked in the air or freezing water, while drinking vodka. It's his whole life (poetic?). He would comment during an interview that there are clear limits before it becomes uncomfortable and hurts. He's trained.

Some of my worst memory was not to be dressed warmly enough outside of a ski station during an excursion with friends. God it burned like hell my hands, foot and legs and it took some time to recover. I was sober, only exposed to air. May getting wasted drastically change the outcome, otherwise it can't make it to the PPH. For me, it was torture. I'm not buying the Titanic's fairytale

I would differentiate frostbite with hypothermia. If skin and deeper tissues freeze from too cold temperatures, it creates damage and severe burns. Hyothermia can be achieved in a less extreme environnement. It only takes to drop the body temperature too low, which could take a long time.

I would assume it would be peacefull if you pass out like with partial hanging otherwise it will be uncomfortable so you could be drinking inside and when you feel like you are extremely drunk go outside even with a shirt on to it´s not too uncomfortable because as soon as you pass out you´d die anyways a coat or jacket won´t save your life lying in unconcious for hours in minus temperatures maybe even in snow.

Maybe 2 bottles of Philips peppermint schnapps. 99 proof. Well it's 80 proof but good enough

Yep, I'm not a pro at ethylic comas. All I know, at the coldest towns of Siberias, many die from not wearing gloves or furry hat. They have patrols to rescue the lost souls who are wandering in the streets, after some alcohol, with a missing piece of equipment. They often collect corpses in the morning. The problem is if you get found after a couple of time too little, you can get amputated. You shall find an isolated place for this method ...and manage to reach it.

OP, does this way have a meaning to you (pseudonym) ? There are commonly established as peaceful methods, less distressing..

I want to die outside, i want to be free. I love the sea, its the only place im happy. Same as when i was a,child. Ive read you last abt 10 mins in English channel before hypothermia. I wldnt be found as noone around anymore. Other methods i know i cldnt hang, i think abt it a lot at night but i know i wld struggle. SN im scared i wld do it wrong & end up worse. I want to be free in every sense.

Now everyone has said this method is painful. Maybe i shd try just getting drunk & sleeping out, but its too warm now.

I looked into at one time, I can remember it saying it was a peaceful way to go.
The only unpleasant part I can remember was when your body reacts and gets really hot towards the end is why some people are found naked, but I forgot what it's called. I mean if your drunk and additionally have something to relax yourself and lessen the possibility of panic even more so you might not be that bad off.
I don't get the life jacket part if you're actually okay with drowning?

I'm not a strong swimmer and thought of doing it that way, except I'd probably be riding my motorcycle off a cliff, that was when I was set on making it look like an accident. And thought I could weigh myself down with mechanic tools. But I'm not sure if that's the kind of panic I want to have, plus don't really want to add more stigma to riding.

What if you are still awake and alive and a shark eats you? That seems like a significant complication that would make this an absolutely horrifying, not peaceful method at all.

The cold will sober you up quick and the cold water would make you climb on your paddle board. That's my guess

I think its a great idea actually. The advantage of the alcohol is that it will make your body feel warm inside, so despite the fact that you will be dying of hypothermia you will not be suffering so much from cold. Alcohol also causes your blood vessels to expand which means it will result in more rapid heat loss from the surface of your skin. So alcohol will keep you warm but also hasten the effects of hypothermia. All in all a good recipe.
