Discussion people are scared

I'm pretty sure the reason I have lost everyone in my life is because they are scared. I don't know if it is because they are frightened of saying the wrong thing, maybe they can't deal with the news of my diagnosis, or whether they just don't want anything to do with me.

It must be the same for a few others here in a similar kind of way. Feeling like a terrible person due to circumstances beyond your control?
