My depression is back and I have hardly any energy or motivation - but now it's 7pm seem to be able to function a little enough to get my will written at last - and to contact Pegasos. Here are the questions I think I am asking them - are these the right questions? Any other questions I should ask?

1) Do you take people on the basis of them wanting to die due to mental illness? If so, what is your criteria for wanting to die due to mental illness?

(I will put my situation under here to see if I am eligible).

2) How long does it take to become a member of Pegasos and what are the steps? Is membership guaranteed if you are invited to apply?

3) How long after becoming a member can you choose assisted dying?

4) Where would I get guidance on the legal situation of anyone accompanying me to Pegasos?

There are no right or wrong questions. They're always happy to answer. If you think of more questions afterwards, you can email them again

I just asked them these questions below - I have two years worth of evidence for mental illness, but I have had it for much much longer so this is what I thought was relevant. Hope they answer!

My first and most important question is whether you accept applicants with long-term mental illness? If you do, do you need evidence of a certain amount of treatments trialled? Will you need evidence of the length of mental illness suffered? Will you need copies of my medical records from the UK?
