Attempted Partial hanging earlier tonight using a belt and hang by the lower closet hanger (kneeling forward and facing the ground) I also put a small towel below my right jaw to pressure the carotid artery. See attached image for reference lol
first attempt, passed out in about 3s... But about 20s regain consciousness and then loose the knot(can't breathe). It also took a moment for me to remember what I was doing...I took some rest
Once I felt better i tried again, this time it took over 5s for me to pass out... But this time i didn't wake up/regain consciousness in about 30s.( Felt much longer than first time) I also recall seeing white light right before I opened my eyes. The pain from my throat forced my hands to let the noose loose(from not able to breathe too). This time took me much longer to let loose and for me to recall what I was doing. my throat is hurted so hard now after a few hours...
Im just wondering why would I wake up/regain consciousness during the procrss? I know it can really mess up my brain if I wake up after few minutes in right (potential vegetative let alone failing ctb)... any advice??
Many thanks in advance;)
