Hey, I just want to ask... How much do you weigh? That wooden bar doesn't seem like it would be too sturdy depending on your weight.

The shoelace looks not so good, don´t you have anything thicker? It could work but it will hurt much

With this etup you will feel much more pressure in your head than necessary and it will cut deep into your neck. And for 60kg that are fighting against death the bar is really not ideal...

Okay. Okay. I'm here to help. 60 kg may still be too heavy for that wooden bar to hold. You have tried it before and the bar holds your weight? If the bar can actually hold your weight effectively then I would go to the next step and say don't use shoe laces. Use a shirt or thin belt for your noose. Do you have either of these?

Use the nylon rope. Tie a snuggle hitch as your knot attached to the bar. Tie a slip knot for the noose. And again, are you sure the wooden bar can hold your weight?

I've hung off the bar I wasn't able to do a pull up as my physical fitness is disgusting

Can the bar hold your weight for more than say a minute? Can you try pulling on the rope with all your weight to test this? You can't risk that wooden bar breaking 5 minutes into you hanging and ending the hanging process because that is how you get brain damage. Can you please test the bar more?

6mm is good, may use a bit of padding between neck and rope. Maybe you have a bed where you can fix the rope and do it in a more lying way?

im not sure on this wooden bar since it is moving in the fixtures when I push it horizontal I can hang off it for 10 second I'm not sure how to test my weight on it with rope I am very slow in this kind of thing

I know you are desperate, but can you not risk that wooden bar breaking. Like Lady Black asked... Do you have any place on your bed you could hang the rope from... Or, do you have any place in your house that will hold your weight? (A great option given your weight would be to use a door/tie the rope to the outside door knob and swing the rope over their door and hang your self from the other side. You can also use a stair railing or anything that is high up and will hold you weight, do you have something beside the wooden bar that will hold your weight? If all this is not an option, do you have a shotgun?

And if that wooden bar is moving, don't use it! I really don't think it's going to hold your weight.

Think of it: Your body will fight against death when you hang, you will trash around a bit, so the bar should hold really good. And the weight on the bar could be more than your 60kg for a short period, when you trash around, also if you touch the ground.

This is how i tested the rope and fixture it was attached to. I created a slip not on the one end and secured the other end to what i was using as am anchor point, so it was a good height for SITTING on. I used a board and put it through the slipknot, so it was centered. I sat on the board, like it was a swing, and then bounced around it it for awhile. The rope never broke and it stayed secure.
I'm not saying this is the best way.. but i felt confident it would hold my body weight.

Unfortunately I just lie on a mattress I don't have a bed frame I have a window I've thought about tying rope where the safety latch is too Image

That little latch doesn't seem like it would hold :( Do you have a door you could hang the rope from? If you do I will walk you through how to use a door for hanging..

You could test the Window button when the window is closed

Fix it at this point of the window, close the window and try if it holds your weight

Okay how should I tie this

yes this is the door I would use
Okay. So tie a snuggle hitch to the other side of the door and swing the rope over the door. You will be hanging with the noose around your neck on the side of the door you sent the picture of. (Do you know how to tie a snuggle hitch) and also a slip knot to tie around your neck?

I'm not sure how to tie it I've never heard of it the knot I tied with the shoelace was a simple noose
I wish I had a gun it's so hard to obtain one in my country

If it´s plastic I would not use it. Is there no chance to get outside to a tree or something?
