Method Partial suspension + SN

Hi.

Has anyone ever tried/heard of combining partial suspension with SN for increased success, and if so, what additional things must one take care of, as supposed to using the 2 methods separately?

You'll be dead from the hanging before the SN does any real damage. Very unnecessary.
