Help partial suspension rope length

I would like to tie the rope around my doorknob. My anchor for partial suspension is roughly one meter above the ground. What is a good amount of rope to do partial suspension with? Would a 6.5ft rope do the job? Thanks.

Your anchor is the doorknob and the length is gonna depend on your height and the material you're using as ligature.

It's a polyester rope (I know, not ideal) and I'm 172cm
