Is passing out and blacking out the same?
i have tried and cant seem to pass out during partial so the idea is to drink alcohol to a level that i blackout minutes to hours with my neck on the noose, will this work? i will not be leaning forward but instead just wait for the blackout to happen

If you can't achieve a state of being close to fainting while being conscious then having a blackout won't change that.
