I have been reading everyone's posts asking for advice on these methods,.... I'd like to add that if you are going to do any of these methods, you can accelerate the time it takes to pass out by doing a solid three minutes of cardio before tightening the noose or device. Do 50 jumping jacks, push-ups, burpees, or anything you like then quick put the apparatus on and tighten it. Your brain is using more oxygen and fuel because of the exercise and the sudden increase in activity.
I failed in my partial attempt because it was taking too long to pass out. I panicked. If you exercise right before, you should pass out in a fraction of the time. Hope this helps.
